Humphreys County Utility District customers can pay their utility bills online 24/7 with a credit card, debit card, or ACH (eCheck). This service is provided through Pay N Seconds, a third party payment processor, specializing in secure bill payment options. In order to make a one-time payment or register your account you will need to have your customer# and PIN# from your utility bill statement. If you have more than one utility account with Humphreys County Utility District, Pay N Seconds allows you to add multiple utility accounts under the same login.
