About HCUD
Established in 1955
The Humphreys County Utility District was established in 1955 to serve the residential, commercial, and industrial customers within Humphreys County. The first volumes of gas were transported through our pipelines in 1958 and we currently flow approximately 4 billion cubic feet of natural gas annually to our customers.
Demand for natural gas is at its all time high due to its reliability, efficiency, safety and low cost. We now provide natural gas services to over 6,000 customers throughout Humphreys County, South West Dickson County and Northern Perry County.
